Whether it’s same-day delivery or a future date you’ve requested, we ensure that your order is handled promptly and with care, delivering only the freshest blooms to your doorstep.

Same-Day Delivery
All orders have a delivery fee for each address. To guarantee same-day delivery, orders must be received by 12:30 pm in the recipient's time zone. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following business day.

While we will make every effort to accommodate specific delivery times, please note that we cannot guarantee delivery at an exact time. Additionally, we are unable to make deliveries on Sundays, so orders requested for Sunday delivery will be fulfilled on the next business day. Please also be aware that deliveries to rural routes or cemeteries may not be guaranteed.

Important Note on Address Accuracy
If the delivery address provided is incorrect and the flowers are successfully delivered to that address, Chatswood Hills Florist cannot accept responsibility for the loss. If flowers are returned or recovered, we will reach out to you for re-delivery and any additional charges may apply. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all address details are correct at the time of ordering.
